Yes! We sell wholesale. You must be a licensed reseller and be able to provide your state resale number to purchase wholesale from Roussio. Please Contact us for wholesale information and pricing by clicking here Sales@Roussio.com. 2. Do you have a minimum opening order for wholesale? What do I need to open an account? Roussio has no minimums for orders but we ask that you try to purchase at least $75 to make it worth the shipping fees you will pay. You will only need your resale or business license number to open an account. 3. How do I register for wholesale? Click on the wholesale register button, fill in the form, and click on the submit button. Once you provide your resale number and the information is verified, you will receive your approval in an email. This usually takes about 24-48 hours. 4. Will a password be assigned or can I choose one? The user name and password are created by you and can be changed at any time. 5. What is your exchange, return and warranty policy? Rousso charms are LIFETIME GUARANTEED! If any charm is defective or breaks through a natural defect, we will replace it free! Exchanges for undamaged merchandise are allowed up to 30 days after the initial order is placed. We will refund undamaged merchandise up to 15 days after the intial order is placed. See policies for details. 6. How can you offer a Lifetime guarantee? Roussio products are so well made, the chances are very slim of a defective product ever coming back. It's a small risk for us to take, and we want you to know we stand behind ALL our charms! 7. Are your charms real 18kt gold or just gold tone mixed metal? Are the links Stainless steel? Roussio charms are genuine 18kt gold overlay (completely dipped in 18kt). Everything you touch on the charm is 18kt. Since our charms are quite substantial, to manufacture them in solid 18kt is cost prohibitive. We use the highest quality enamel paints which are sealed with a clear acrylic resin for protection — we even add a UV protective so sun won't discolor the charms! Our links are 100% stainless steel and very durable. 8. Are your hand painted charms guaranteed not to peel? Absolutely! We use paints that are made to chemically bond with metal. Once cured, they will never come off. We then seal them with a thick acrylic coating and add the UV protectant so the paint never fades or changes color. 9. How do you ship orders? We offer United States Postal Express or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (uninsured). We also offer your choice of UPS overnight, second day or ground service (insured services). You will need to select which method you prefer on checkout. 10. How long will it take for my order to get processed? Our shipping department tries very hard to live up to the fasting shipping in the industry. Usually orders received by noon ships the same day, but a good rule is within 24 hours. Of course, seasonal rushes and uncontrolled variables may take longer, so plan ahead! . 11. Are Roussio Brand charms compatible with other brands? Yes, our charms are the standard 9 mm size and are compatible with other brands such as Zoppini, Casa D'Oro, Pasante, Puzzle, Nomination, Unodomani, etc. 12. What are my payment options? If I use your online payment method, is it safe? We currently can accept MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. Also we welcome checks and money orders! At this time, we do not offer COD. You can safely enter your credit card information via our secured server which encrypts all submitted information. The CVV number provides additional protection for your credit card information. Read More. 14. Do you make custom charms? We can make special & custom charms with a minimum piece order. Click here to read more. 17. If a design is out of stock, how long before it's replenished? Usually within 3 weeks. We will not charge you for items placed not in stock. We do not ship backordered product to you automatically, so please re order! 18. I've seen other charms with similar or same designs elsewhere for less money. Are these authentic Roussio charms or imposters? All Roussio designs are original designs conceived solely by our design team. We date document and copyright our designs. If you see a similar design in another brand, it is an imposter, and of inferior quality. Side by side, you can easily tell a "counterfeit" Roussio charm. Compare the details & color for yourself: 
 
 NO, not necessarily! Just because a charm is stamped "Italy" on the back, it does NOT mean the charm is from Italy. This is a marketing gimmick by non reputable manufacturers. 20. Here at Roussio we LOVE all animals, but are especially concerned with the millions of dogs & cats in need, both in the US and abroad (namely South Korea).
