If you order hand painted charms or beads, please allow 5-7 extra business days in order for us to create your products. Extra time is necessary for curing & drying your items to make sure they are safe to ship. We do stock some basic hand painted items, but usually create them to order.

We use UPS and US Postal services for our shipping methods. You will be able to select which method you want at checkout.

Please opt for insurance if you don't want to risk losing your package. We will not reship lost packages that are uninsured.
